The 3rd picture i believe Changes colors, like Most plants do in light. This one is suppose to get red/Brown/orangeish tints over green. Could YOU post a picture of the full plant sooo i can make sure I'm looking at the right plant i.d. if not I'm sure someone will chime in

I think you'll need to cut that soil with perlite, with 50% the usual figure, as it's much too peaty / not porous enough for the long-term health of your plants. That little pup has got exposed to sun a little early, so if you can turn the pot it won't get too brown. Gasterias flower from the center of the rosette, but it wouldn't be surprising that it would flower this year. That black bodes no good, so when you do repot your plant I'd strip the black parts off - they're dying anyway. And after you do repot in your new, improved mix, don't water for a few day, allowing the jostled roots to heal.

I'm thinking the 1st is Aloe 'Helen Haage'.

Second one looks like Echeveria compressicaulis to me (look of the stem is what does it for me).
