Your jade is perfectly healthy, they just get more color when they've had plenty of sun. That guy looks very happy to me. If you like the greener color better, you can give it a little less sunlight. For the white spots, you can try wiping them gently with a damp tissue, but it's fairly typical of a waxy jade leaf.

Here's a regular jade and a gollum. They both get a ton of sunshine, and as the days have gotten longer, they have gotten redder.

The white dots are just mineral excretions through the hydathodes, the small pores on the Jade's leaf. Perfectly normal. You can water with distilled water (or rainwater if available) to reduce it, but it's never really a problem.

Poppo...colour on a Jade is a good thing...Jade enthusiasts here look for reds and whites and yellows mixed with the green...Here is one of mine that loves the sun.

Here's a picture of a jade clipping that is coloring up. (It's nowhere as colorful as Christopher's lovely plant!) You can clearly see the mineral excretions on the leaf.
