Euphorbia pseudoglobosa Selfing????

I originally thought Euphorbia pseudoglobosa was dioecious. But looking more closely, it would appear it is monecious. So does any well read Euphorbia grower know the answer to this query????? More importantly to me, is whether or not it is selfing?????

I may have answered my own question. According to http://www.euphorbia.de/indexe.htm, it has a single cyathia or complete flower but it is not selfing.

I don't know but didn't she say "NO" ? There looks like a bit of a struggle going on there.
