Are they is strong sunlight? Many plants will turn colors in strong light, like us getting a tan. Move them back into less intense light and, if they aren't having other problems, they should regain their green color.

Brown is usually indicative of some sort of rot. What is your watering schedule? Tiny ones that size should probably only be misted maybe once every week or two but not sure on that never having tried any from seed with success.

I did just move them outside from under my grow lights, and I think I might have been water them a little much. Thank you for the help guys, I will move them back in side and try to water them once a week
