ID Help please~ Noto cactus?

We've had this a few years now, and it not having a name is bugging me. lol.. One of the famous "assorted" from lowes.
I've been searching and the closest I have found is Noto cactus Scopa "albispinus" ? Is that right?

It just bloomed today, and the 3 pups are growing nice! It didn't have them when we got it. :-)
