Hi All: Just wanted to send a post about Harvey and the Mexican Hat Nursery. It is not closing! Harvey is moving to Arizona but will come back to Riverside about once a month. Some of the growers in Arizona can't wait to use him to teach others the trade. He is renting his house out and the Nursery will be run by a guy named Richard. He was a student of Harvey's many years ago and a great guy that Harvey trusts. I was so happy to hear that the Nursery will carry on. When I visited today, good old Harvey told me not to believe all those rumors out there. LOL! After breaking his hip, he has recuperated well and now uses a cane. However, he sets it down all the time and has to hunt for it as he never remembers where he left it. What a funny man. Later, I will post a picture of one of his beautiful plants in bloom that I took today. Take care!
