Again I do not know the name of the succulent. I thought it was doing well until this a.m. I touched it & it fell apart. Can any of this be propagated? Do I cut off the part of the leaf that doesn't look healthy? Do I let it dry for a few days before putting them back in soil?

I've read about propagating but until now have not had any success at it. I've been careful not to over water but this learning process of caring for succulents is brutal. I hate losing them. thanks for your help.
