How about this ID?

This one is for me. I got this from a succulent buddy who grows a lot of stuff but isn't a name-guy. You know - it's a cool plant, who cares what it's name is. It forms a nice caudex, but it's very leafy. Very susceptible to underwatering - wilts easily. But comes right back. It gets a nice flower spike with lots of tiny pink (I think) flowers that then turn into tons of seed, and next thing you know, they're growing in the pots all around it. Any ideas??

Without seeing the blooms, I'll say Talinum paniculatum, Jewels of Opar.

exactly what I was thinking but I've never seen it with a caudex. also known as "leaf a day" plant. you are supposed to eat a leaf each day to stay healthy. The leaves taste ok and my chickens LOVE 'em.
