It looks good; the red/purple color shows when jades get a lot of light. I'm not sure if it's unhealthy or not, but I think it looks cool! It's nothing to worry about though; mine recently started showing some good color after a couple weeks without water in a south-facing window

Not at all unhealthy, in fact rather the opposite.

I guess I'm doing something right. I've seen red edges on leaves, but never on the stems.

Completely normal, especially for recently rooted cuttings and plants in full sun.
