The older leaves on this one do look like the older leaves on your first picture. You will see if given the same environmental conditions, they come to look identical.

Thanks, Gail. To me they look close enough to be one in the same. This plant could be sporting a trademarked name for purposes of "private labeling" a plant grown by another vendor.
