It looks very similar to this one I have

Crassula Picturata, but mine has larger, less rounded leaves? It looked more like yours before I separated the plants. Does have the red underside and spots and light fuzz along the edges.

Mine could just be older. I haven't had it long enough to say, though.

I googled crassula pictorata and found this image, which looks a lot like mine does now, so I'm positive you're right! Thank you so much for your help!

Google results bring up a lot of confused people and not very many sources, so it could be wrong.

It's okay, many of the picture results looked both like your plants and my plant so I'm sure mine is just a tiny, baby version of yours !!

Yes, both Crassula exilis ssp. picturata (slight tweak of the name).
