Help, cactus disease/pests?

I have recently bought this cactus from a garden centre and have only just noticed the blemishes on the skin as you can see in the picture. They are raised bumps and on other parts of the cactus they are black, I tried cutting one of the black ones out and it left green fleshy skin underneath. However, when I went back to look at it later on the same spot had turned black again, only it is now indented. What is this? Can it be resolved?

Those are scars from the plants being handled rough AND poking each other with there needles, it could also be Sun damage from not being properly introduced to stronger light, i think everyone has atleast one cacti that has these spots, they unfortunately don't go away from my knowledge, goodluck

Thankyou Kittitkat, that is a relief as I really do like this cactus, I can take it out nog quarantine :). There is a lRger black spot on the other side of the cactus which I tried to cut out and revealed healthy fleshy skin only to turn black again later on. Please find attached a photo to help.
