Found this growing in a pot of Jades at Lowes and it stuck out. A Jade sport, or a different plant altogether?

Mi compadre Christopher, I'd guess it's a Cotyledon, based not only on how the leaves look but also on the way they're growing.
I'll go out on a limb & say I think it's a Sedum, perhaps like S. dendroideum (looks like this at times).
I do love the pattern on the leaves, whichever one it is.
Start one for me, will you? We'll trade when I go to the States next time, if you're interested. I've got some 2m Agaves you need for your living room.
