How is the lighting? How are you watering? Is there lots of light or is it shady? Does the soil stay wet or do you let it dry out? Also I think it's time to repot. And may we see a picture of the plant tag? These plants are very hardy but this doesn't mean they can't be killed, I almost killed one of mine over the winter due to neglect :p

I would imagine that it needs some water, mine wrinkle when they get too dry.
