Orchid Cactus is wrinkly...HELP!

Hi all!
I am fifteen years old and new to growing plants. I recently have begun to grow an Orchid Cactus (sorry i don't know the scientific name!) I am beginning to worry because it is wrinkling. I will post a photo so you can see what I mean. If anyone could offer suggestions as to how to fix this it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance!!!

AND please ignore the pot in the background...that is for a separate project!

skyebear23,
Oh no, you've been bitten by the plant bug! I hate to tell you, but there is no cure. ;)

Could you post a photo of the entire plant as well (thanks for showing a picture, that's always a plus in identifying issues)?

How is the lighting? How are you watering? Is there lots of light or is it shady? Does the soil stay wet or do you let it dry out? Also I think it's time to repot. And may we see a picture of the plant tag? These plants are very hardy but this doesn't mean they can't be killed, I almost killed one of mine over the winter due to neglect :p

I would imagine that it needs some water, mine wrinkle when they get too dry.
