I'd say a 'Kiwi' alright. :)

This is one of those that causes me great confusion (or has over the years). At one time, I thought there was a variegated form of one (or more) of a different species than from which 'Kiwi' is derived. There are some that think 'Kiwi' comes from Aeonium haworthii & others think A. decorum. I think it's A. percarneum. Of course, I could be wrong! :P

So, another thing I had to keep in mind was that 'Kiwi' can take on different looks & colors through the year, in addition to how/where it's grown. My own plant, that used to have very large rosettes, turned into a plant with small rosettes. Occasionally, I will see some plants with one larger rosette & many smaller. I thought FOR SURE that the smaller ones were something else...in the OLD days. So, now...I think all of them are 'Kiwi' & not some variegated form of something else. BUT...I will watch them through the year (if they are mine) to see if they so through the range of colors I expect for my area/growing conditions. If you lived in a place with more sun (as I do), or your plants were outdoors year-round (as mine are), I would expect your plant to have thicker leaves & more red to the edges. You get the idea on all things that have to be considered! :D

After all that blabbing...end result...I think it's Aeonium 'Kiwi' also! The question you asked is exactly what I would've asked way back when!

Retrospect...I should've just left this alone & just gone with what Colleen said...SO succinctly! LOL

Thank you for your response, I am glad you did -all that blabbing- because I always learn something; you give lots of details (you must have photographic memory to remember all that info & if not sure, you know where to look for it!) and lots of personal observations.
(When checking them on net, I didn't think this was A.Haworthii Variegata, that one had some yellow on leaves
& mine is all one color except the red edge.)
It is outside now & leaves are getting just a little darker. Rosettes are not that large, biggest one is just 3" across.
