Abnormal Echeveria Flower Spike Growth?!

Posted by bumblebea none (My Page) on

I might be panicking a little too much over this but I have noticed that the flower spike of my Echeveria blue ruffles curved downward too fast. Here is a picture. You can see that the flower spike curved at the back and it is not even that tall yet. Will it continue to grow taller? Is this normal? It got worse now. It is curving downward more and more each day with no progress of it getting taller. Any advice or explanations would be appreciated. Thanks.

Looks okay. They do what they do.

More important is long term environment. Is that plant indoors? How much sun and water is it getting? What's the soil mix?
