Sick jade plants

I've been trying to upload more photos than the one that appears here. The two plants, which live next to one another, have several different symptoms and I wish I could show them all. Besides the ones shown, other leaves develop sort of dimples usually accompanied by a brown spot; turn bright red and lose plumpness; lose their deep green color and become sort of a light tan, sometimes with red edges; slowly shrivel but don't act like the usual spent leaves in that they don't easily fall off; or start to shrivel just on one side. They are both mature plants and new leaves keep coming, but I've noticed at least one very young leaf that's already got a dimple in it. They're on a SW sun porch and get a lot of light. I don't think it's sun scald because of the myriad symptoms. I've grown jade plants for years and have never seen anything like this. Help help help please! I'll try to post more photos in another message.
