so there are like a gazillion plants in your picture...but the one that might fit in with this forum is a bromeliad, Tillandsia xerographica.

I have the red veined/white topped pitcher plants for trade on the water garden plant site. I also have the red spikey flowers on the right side in my perennial bed. Monarda, they are prolific and I could send some of those, too.

Sorry I should have specified I'm referring to the silvery blue green aloe type plant that is also in the big arrangement but also displayed alone on birth the left and right of the centerpiece.

That does not look like a bromeliad at all to me. Fairly sure it's some type of aloe/succulent which is why I'm hoping someone can identify it!

It looks like a tillandisia to me and not an aloe. definitely! great plants. Especially in muggy heat.
