Looks like a kalanchoe of some kind.

Brian, it looks like a very etiolated Echeveria affinis 'Black Prince'. If not the a fore mentioned, at least it is an Echeveria and it is etiolated and could use significantly more sunlight. But, don't rush to place it out in the sun too fast. You have to move it VERY gradually or it will become a crispy critter.

Are the leaves a little fuzzy (at least on the edges of the leaves)? It's an etiolated Echeveria (stretching for light), for sure.

Thank you very much for your help. I'll start moving it into the light, but will it go back to normal after a while, or would I have to take a cutting?

I believe the stem will not shrink nor will leaves fill up the space created by the etiolation. Only the new growth in the light will create the desired, tightly bound rosettes. To achieve an entire plant similar to the one depicted above, one would have to take a cutting.
