Hi Everyone! My friend has this plant, and she isn't sure what it is. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Kind of looks like a Hoya kerri aka "sweetheart Hoya kerrii". It's leaves are more bunched up though

Not sure how large it is, but if on windowsill, seems smaller than I was thinking originally. Looks like either an Echeveria or Aeonium. The tall stem makes me lean toward Aeonium. Can your friend tell you if there is any cilia (hair-like) on the leaf edges?

Plantlover - I thought maybe a Hoya Kerrii too. I have a couple of hoyas, so I posted it to that forum and somebody said it wasn't a Kerrii and to try this forum. :)
