Agave lophantha, I believe.

Got this one. I have a whole pot full myself. It is Agave lophantha 'Splendida'. Close cousin to Agave univittata 'Quadricolor', synonym lophantha. Only difference is Quadricolor got some yellow in it. It is a nice Agave in that it doesn't overgrow it surroundings.

give it more sun. The core being exposed with the outer leaves very open and flat indicates it is trying to maximize the light it is getting. introduce it to more sun very slowly so as to avoid sunburn. If you have very hot conditions, a few hours of direct sun (gradually introduced) is going to be enough to make it happier.
