OK, I would like some help, please. Have the two pictured Haws and both are labeled Haworthia emelyae. I know there are several "variations on a theme". The reason I'm asking is to get correct names and when I purchase other windowed Haws not to duplicate plants as I am strapped for room as it is.... I know all of you will offer to baby sit my collection.....LOL The thing I am learning about Haws, is that there are lots of synonyms, i.e, Haworthia emelyae var. emelyae is also called H. picta and so on. I am looking to get H. picta, comptoniana and laeta. So someone help me out here with some names.

Sure the second one might not be H. pygmaea?

It certainly could be, Colleen. The plant on the right was purchased at a big box store and their supplier is Altman Plants in California. I know they have lots of people sticking tags in pots with total disregard as to tag and plant; so it could something other than the tag.

Thanks Paul... and if it wasn't for your kind offering, I wouldn't have such a nice plant! I just would like more information about these because this naming thing is driving me....
