My echinopsis is getting very wrinkled at the base and I'm not sure whether it's due to overwatering or dehydration. Im not sure if maybe the roots are rotting because the base is getting a bit brown but the soil is stuck to the roots, so I can't really get a good look. Also, should the soil stick to the roots like that or is that not good? Thanks.
