Here's the second one. The leaves are a rough texture, and they aren't very fleshy/soft.

2nd one could be a Gastraloe. Maybe something like 'Royal highness'?

The first looks like a mangled Crassula cotyledonis/dubia.

The 2nd, as D said, I believe as well, looks like xGasterworthia 'Royal Highness'.

The first one particularly needs more light - acclimate it slowly to full sun. The second can grow quite well with filtered light. The soil you have them both in looks good - just remember, they don't grow well in high heat, and they don't like cold and wet, so less water in the winter.

Pete and Rosemarie gave you great naming - take advantage of this and grow them so well you're handing cuttings out at the corner.
