Portulaca (Moss Rose) is wilting

Hi, My portulaca seems to be wilting and stems are starting to become yellow. It was blooming the previous week but now all flowers have died and no new buds seem to be forming. Maybe I have over watered it. How can I save my plant. Please help with any suggestions.
