Looks like too much water and it may have rotted. Also... The pot is way too large, a 4 inch pot would be best. Mix gravel in with your soil. It needs better drainage . Take it out of the pot and strip off affected leaves. Let it sit out for a day but wrap a wet paper towel. Cover the main taproot. Good luck.

No, no wet paper towel - it's already too wet. Leave it out for a day or so, and then repot as suggested, as there's too much soil and too much pot for that plant.
