Can't say for sure, but looks like normal attrition of old leaves. As long as you see new growth on top, I don't know that I would be too concerned.

Hmm... but when it was in its original pot it seemed fine and all the leaves were green. But right after I repotted it there were tons turning yellow and falling off... hmm. I'll just wait and see what happens. Maybe the transplant stressed the plant and losing its leaves is a normal response?

If you just did a transplant job on it, how much root damage did you do to it? With less roots it may take a few weeks for them to grow back and take up more water. You can let them go dry, they don't need to be wet all time.

I wasn't aware you had just transplanted it which, as you've said, could be a contributing factor. Also, while overwatering will kill them quickly, if your weather is warm, they can handle a little more water and not drying out to bone dry. I'm not saying to soak them but a bit more may help. These are some of my Dorstenia and they have yellowing leaves which is natural. As long as the body of the plant is firm, I would think you're fine. Keep in mind, that if they dry out completely for too long and then you water, they may have lost lots of good roots and it will rot; I have had this happen to at least one of my Dorstenia gigas

Does the dorstenia crispa loose it's leaves at the end of the summer...It am I over watering?

I recently got a Dorstenia foetida, and it's doing the same thing. I've only had it about 4 days though, and it came bare root. It lost about 4 leaves, and only has a few left. I think yours has more! I messaged the seller, with a pic of it, and she said that it should be fine. This is what it looks like. The tissue is to keep the sun off it until it acclimates. Biker doc, your Dorstenias are BEAUTIFUL!
