Two IDs: an echerveria and a cotyledon?

I picked these two up the other day from Lowes in a "succulent variety" pack. I would love to know what they are! Unfortunately, though, I'm not too confident either will survive. They aren't looking too good and I'm new to succulents and gardening. I noticed they weren't doing to well when I bought them, but the variety pack had a healthy (looking) elephant bush I wanted. Help please! I have ZERO leads on the sting-bean looking one...

In the first pic i have no idea what the tall thing is, but the smaller one looks like echeveria

And the second might ge either aeonium or sempervivum cant really see the ridges on my phone ... i like the chest its in :D

In the 1st pic, looks like an etiolated Cotyledon orbiculata v. oblonga 'Flavida' & perhaps an xSedeveria. (looks too chunky to me for an Echeveria)

In the 2nd pic, seems to be a Sempervivum.
