I think I have one of those somewhere in the garden (in pots), too. I'm not sure it's labeled, so this is a good lead on ID in case it's not.

Do not know if you will see this but that plant on the right looks alot like Crassula nudicaulis var herrei as another option! hanzrobo, amanzed

looks like Crassula rogersii... congesta is usually even fuzzier, though I admit to both being pretty similar. C congesta is a bit smaller-leaved and more compact, and has dramatic color changes in summer or stress that I don't tend to see with rogersii.

I'm not seeing any color change, but the plant is not stressed, either. I'll give it a little more sun and a little less water and see what happens. Stems seem more red, like C. congesta, but leaves are quite green.

Rian, thanks. I can barely see the difference between plants labeled as C. grisea and C. nudicaulis var herrei but I'm sure they're different.
If we ever get the chance to visit SA, I hope we can stop by.
