Leaf Propagation

I have a leaf off of a variegated jade that I pulled off and put in soil in late April/early May. It developed small roots by mid to late May but it seems to have stalled. The leaf is all wrinkly and every couple of days (whenever I remember) I mist the leaf. There are white roots when I look at it. The leaf is getting AM sun and it is sitting by my African Violets and based on how the violets look I they are getting just a tad too much sun if that kind of gives an idea of the light. I have it in a small pot with 50/50 perlite/C&S soil and I also have several babies off of a thimble cactus and a leaf from a crassula coccinea in the pot as well. I am wondering do I give up on this leaf at this point or can I still expect something? Is there any different care I can give it to help it out?
Thanks!
