Sure looks like a huernia zebrina to me, or some variation of it. It will produce some crazy looking flowers! I haven't had the luck to run in to one of these...

It looks like a Huernia to me, but you won't know which one until it flowers. While it is a succulent, it is not a cactus.

Hey thanks! you definitely helped :) I tried a few rock gardens and feed stores, some of them have similar stuff but not exactly turface or pumice, and some of them were too far. Another problem for me is that I live in apartment suite so it's kinda hard for me to buy things in bulk because I have no place to store it. All my gardening stuff come in the smaller 4-5lb packaging so far..
But anyhow I have potted everything already for now and I used rough natural aquarium gravel as grit. But I think next time around I can get some real stuff to use. I don't know how often I have to repot things though.
