Euphorbia trigona? ID needed

Sorry for my ignorance, I realize I already have an 'African Milk Tree'... identifying this little guy I picked up earlier shouldn't be that difficult.
Is this another Euphorbia trigona 'African Milk Tree'? If it is, I believe it is the all green variety, as I found it in full sun.
