I was in LA last week visiting relatives. It sure was hot!

Driving back on CA interstate 126 (the Ventura Freeway) I passed a place called Cactus Mart. It looked pretty neat, but it was 8am on a Sunday. They were closed. Anybody been there?

Here are some pix of 2 plants I purchased at the California Cactus Center. And a picture of an opuntia I got off a hillside behind my aunt's house. I cleared some trash up there and the opuntia pad was my reward. I didn't have a blue opuntia. I do now!
