I am not sure, but to be safe, i'd let these dry for a day before repotting and dust with Rootone. The black spot on the right doesn't look good.

Get rubbing alcohol and put on a qtip really good, wipe it all over that infected area s couple times and let dry out for a while. It will help a good deal, I have these myself.

I've seen this on a few cactus. Don't pot up just yet. Try to dry those dark areas out. The one on the right looks like the worse one. The others look fine. At least from what I can tell from the pics. Since they have some size to them they should just scab over. Keep them warm, dry, and in bright filtered light. In a couple of weeks those areas should be dried out;). Then you can plant. Worse comes to worse you just recut;).
