I have a plant that I need some help with. I would like an ID on this, it is very etiolated but I actually think it looks better this way.

Another question I have refers to the flower spike. I have been turning the plant daily and the spike continues to curve back and forth. Should I stop turning while the plant is blooming and let the spike curve? I know this is done with orchids. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm very excited for the blooms to come, it will be the first time this plant blooms. I believe the flowers hang down, they sure seem to want to. The buds track the sun when I turn the plant and the stem always always ends up curved.
