Blooming Domino!

I got myself this cute little Echinopsis 'Dominos' some time back, not really expecting it to do anything. Boy, have I been pleasantly surprised!

What a big, beautiful flower from such an unseeming little cactus! :)

That's one awesome plant. I wish I could get my cacti to flower, but my home conditions aren't good enough for that to happen. There usually isn't enough light, and I can't provide a proper dormant period because I can't get the temp to 50-55 degrees.

beautiful,i have one in white,a pink one and a yellow one.The white one has bloomed a few times this year already.Such beauty from a not so beautiful plant.JMO.

That's a beauty. And to think, there is so much mass dedicated to the flower and stem compared to the mass of the rest of the plant.

I have one also It had buds on it twice, and both times they dried up and fell off before blooming...
