two stapelias repotted + winter care?

so I've just put my stapelia into new terracotta bowls, as they both out grown the 2" pots!

so it's starting to turn cold here (temps between 8-20C) I got the plants in February so I've not wintered them before, so how do I care; lessen or stop watering? (I feed once a month with cacti feed 1-3-3)

I gave stapelia Gigantea and Variegata
the variegata has bloomed this year (single flower- I got it when it was two stems now it's very large!

so I repotted using multi purpose compost; with; aquarium sand (all I can get) and perlite and a little extra horticulture grit, to lessen the peat water storing abilities

as it's a arid area plant; before I repotted I haven't watered them in nearly a month so when I water when repotted I won't increase the rot risk, and I didn't pre-soak the terracotta bowls as that will also help to suck the extra wwater out.

is there anything any one else can add to this.

thank you

also have a mammillaria bocasana multilanata re potted. using same method
