Could the one you show as "Kalanchoe, maybe thyrsiflora" be a Kalanchoe luciae 'Flapjacks'? I got mine at HD and don't know how accurate their labels are, but pictures from various c&s websites seem to match both yours and mine. In pictures of the thyrsiflora, the 'flapjacks' look wavier.

I as thinking hahniana for the Mammilaria too, but the one I have (or so it's labeled), is hairier: the small spikes, but also very fine, white hair all over.

I should point out I'm a c&s newbie, so I'm judging by the HD labels on mine and internet photos.

I think you're right on both counts, thanks! Dang. Now I really want a hahniana. I'm not sure what this one is!
