Please ID these succulents

A friend brought over cuttings and these seem to be growing happily, but neither I nor my friend know what the plants are. I will make two posts, as there are two species in question. Thanks in advance...

Looks like an Old World succulent, Crassula, Kalanchoe or Euphorbia. Does it have thick milky sap? That would indicate Euphobia or a related genus. But be careful with white sap, it can burn your skin and eyes. Not nice.

Thanks. I hadn't noticed sap... would I need to tear a leaf to determine that? (I'm new at this, please excuse me if my question is elementary.)

Euphorbias will "bleed" if you just barely nick them, so you don't have to do major surgery.

Thanks again. No milky sap. It seems a bit jade-like, so I think your suggestion of crassula may lead me to it.

It is Sedum dendroideum ssp. praealtum.
