Time will tell for sure which it is. Nice score~clearance racks don't exist where I live. It is a type of Crassula ovata (perhaps just the species). If you measure the leaves & the majority are in the vicinity of 1 inch (& it stays growing that way), then it's probably 'Crosby's Compact'. (Mini Jade may be used as a common name). The species name argentea is a synonym. It was once used mistakenly for ovata.
