Help a newbie with ID?

I am just beginning to learn about my succulents - I bought several on a whim about a year ago and didn't pay attention to what I was getting. This one has gotten huge and has tons of pups (I think that's the correct term!). I am giving the baby plants to friends, but I'm embarrassed to say I have no idea what the plant is called, and I have searched and searched with no luck. I'm sure it's something obvious, and I just don't have the right terms or I'm looking in the wrong places. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
