Since many of my plants stayed outside while they flowered this year I have a bunch of hybrid "fruit". Hope I can get to the seeds before the ants do :-(
Not that I ever have any luck starting from seed.
I usually don't have any luck growing from seeds either but I'm going to try anyway.What kind of cactus do you have that are fruiting.
All different kinds of Echinopis and Trichocereus hybrids. There are about 10 that have seed pods.
It would be interesting to see what the flowers look like, but that's a big if (if I could grow them to that stage).
As a c&s newbie, I'm constantly amazed how gorgeous the flowers are. This looks like one I'll need to add to the collection.
