| Unlike my Huernia zebrina which pretty much blooms off and on for me thoughout the year, Huernia schneideriana seems to be much more seasonal ... namely late summer. The flowers are smaller than zebrina, and unlike zebrina they are malodorous. Fortunately, the "fragrance" is not noticable unless you bring your nose into close proximity to said flower.
