Brandon, the outer plants look like Gasteria or possibly a hybrid like Gasteraloe.

To add to Howard's IDs, the center one is Aloe juvenna.

After searching the web I'm fairly confident that the plants are Gasteraloe "green ice". They appear to be quite variable so i\I'm not certain, here's the Google image search for that plant.

I'm pretty happy to hear the spiky guy is an aloe. I have been trying to branch out from the normal aloe that grows freakishly fast and also quite large IME.

I am trying my hand at growing Aloes from seed as I type. I have four variates planted right now and they are started sprouting a week or so ago. The varieties are Sunrise, Sunset, Fang and Marmalade. Keep your fingers crossed!

Brandon, this is my Gasteraloe 'Green Ice'. The leaves are smooth, angulated and very "succulent".

Brandon, this is what many have ID'ed as G. 'Little Warty'. You can see the textured "warts" on the surface.

Anyone think it may be "big boy"?
