Hi!

I gave away some jades last week from a cutting a did a while back (I waited for them to root and show new growth before giving them away). In turn I have received this teddy bear plant - as she called it. It looks a lot like my panda plant that I recently purchased. I know I need to get it into some better soil, but I was thinking what I should do with this guy. I was thinking of maybe just taking some large cuttings and planting those. I was under the impression that she was just going to bring me some cuttings and she brought me this big ol thing! Not that I'm complaining, but it does not seem to be in the best health.

So - my question is - take cuttings and let those root or just get this big guy into some better soil?
