Succulents growing too leggy

I bought a bunch of succulents three months ago, but they've all grown pathetically leggy. I live in a north-facing condo (only our north wall is a big window), so I'm guessing I'm not getting enough light?

I have:
- 2 echeveria metallica (too tall, leaves downturned)
- 1 echevaria setosa (not as leggy, but not as compact as it should be)
- 1 Violet Queen (least leggy of the bunch)
- 1 Jellybean (the most leggy of the bunch, it grew over four inches from when I purchased it)
- 1 that I don't know the name of, but the lady I bought it from called it "blue echeveria" but when I google that it doesn't look like the images (was originally quite compact but shot up just like the Jellybean with huge gaps between leaves)

These plants I've had for over two years:
- 1 jade plant (also pretty leggy)
- 6 kalanchoe (these guys for some reason are doing super well! I don't get it!!)

I use a cactus mix I bought at a Home Depot like gardening store, and now only water when the soil gets extremely dry. Do I need special lights or something? What else can I do besides moving?
