Hi all!!! I went to Lowes today and found this guy. I need to know how to treat the black spots and whether I need to do emergency surgery on it. The area around the cut off tip is thin even though it looks thick. None of these spots are mushy, so i am thinking inside pest and not rot. Any ideas and emergency help are needed and greatly appreciated.
