Green and a gibbiflora

Found a few beauties recently. My favorite beauties, really. Enjoy.

H. cooperi var. pilifera, though I have my doubts about pilifera being correct? The leaf shape is not consistent with, say, what Arid Lands and others consider to be H. cooperi var. pilifera. Ah well.

But, Arid Lands supplied this H. cooperi var. truncata specimen to the local nursery, for which I am ever-thankful. My first A. L.'s purchase, albeit done indirectly. ;)

Getcha in the proper lighting

What miraculous glowing beings.

On a different note, a little over a month ago I found a surprise at the local grocery store. Clearly, this E. gibbiflora hybrid had not been there long, amid dark shelving indoors, because it still looked pretty darn good. It was priced astonishingly low. Any guesses as to the hybrid?
