Echevera etoliated??

Does anyone think that green/purple echeveria on the lower left side of this picture is getting etoliated? I would not have thought it since none of the other ones are, but I don't think it's supposed to be getting tall like that.

Here is a view of it from the top (lower left hand corner):

In bottom photo, it's the tall one on the left towards the back. Also wondering about the one all the way to the right (that is not an echeveria though)

After having it outside in a spot that receives direct afternoon sun, I moved it to an area where it is still very bright light but just not as direct, so I think it gets some direct sun but just for far fewer hours each day.

No, some Echs do grow in a columnar fashion. The one you suspect as etiolated looks healthy.

It might be a l bloom. It is the time of year for many Echeverias to bloom. Most bloom in stalks sent out from the side. They will bloom repeatedly this way, but occasionally they will loom off the growth point, I hear (It hasn't happened to me yet). It is then a terminal bloom. After it does and it is cut back , you should get branching pups off the side that you can cut off and root once at a better size. But that growth point will die.

The leaves on the side of the stalk will root into plants easily if you collect a couple as insurance. Someone on a thread recently said it is better to collect those bloom stalk leaves earlier in the process than later.

If it is just natural growth growing long or a terminal bloom will become apparent as time passes.
