Aloe vaombe x ?, ID help

All the tag said was "vaombe cross." The copious suckers make me think arborescens. Other than 'Goliath', anyone know of any vaombe crosses? Its pretty much hopeless, right... ;-)

Doesn't have any characteristics of vamobe that I can see, but I've seen it before, just can't recall what it was named.

I can't help with the ID but boy is that a gorgeous, graceful beauty. I love it!

Josaih,

No, I don't know of any x vaombe crosses, but it reminds me of Aloe rupestris. That and $3 will get you a cappuccino.

And it is a nice plant anyway - if you put it in the ground it would, as you'd guess, explode in growth. I'm hopeful it will flower for you in the coming year.

Very nice, Jo!
I love the slightly curving arms.
Any chance of an update pic on the color?

Josh

Took this photo yesterday, Nov. 24th. Great winter colors setting in.

I'm curious to see how deep the red gets! ;-)
